Warranty Terms & Conditions
✔️ The warranty applies exclusively to zirconia final prostheses delivered by our practice as part of a Fixed Hybrid Treatment using our proprietary protocol
✔️ The patient must attend regular dental exams and professional cleanings every 6 months or less, as recommended by ENOVAA Smile Implants doctor
✔️ The patient must consistently wear the provided night guard during sleep to protect the prosthesis from damage caused by bruxism or other stress-related wear
Exclusions
Certain actions or omissions by you could render the warranty null or void, including, but not limited to:
✔️ Damage resulting from accidents, trauma, or misuse.
✔️ Failure due to neglect, poor oral hygiene, or non-compliance with required maintenance visits as recommended by the Practice
✔️ Receiving treatment or repair on the prosthesis or implants from a non-Absolute Dental Implants provider
✔️ Failure to use a night guard when prescribed by the Practice
✔️ Failure to follow any other post-treatment instructions provided by the Practice
✔️ Termination of your status as a patient by your treating Absolute Dental Implants provider
✔️ Prosthesis issues related to damage or failed implants
