Lifetime Warranty – Fixed Hybrid Zirconia Prosthesis
The ENOVAA SMILE™ Protocol
We are pleased to offer a lifetime warranty on the final zirconia prosthesis provided as part of our proprietary Fixed Hybrid Treatment protocol, the ENOVAA SMILE™.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the final zirconia prosthesis in the event of manufacturing defects or failure under normal usage conditions.
Any requested cosmetic changes after the final delivery will be subject to an additional fee.
If a replacement zirconia arch is not a viable clinical option, an alternative substitute treatment may be provided.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
This lifetime warranty is valid only if all of the following conditions are consistently met:
The warranty applies exclusively to the zirconia final prostheses delivered by our practice as part of a Fixed Hybrid Treatment using the ENOVAA SMILE™ protocol.
The patient must attend regular dental exams and professional cleanings every 6 months or less, as recommended by ENOVAA Dental Implant Center providers.
The patient must consistently wear the provided night guard during sleep to protect the prosthesis from damage caused by bruxism (teeth grinding) or other stress-related wear.
Exclusions & Voiding of Warranty
Certain actions or omissions will render this warranty null and void. These include, but are not limited to:
Damage resulting from accidents, trauma, or misuse.
Failure due to neglect, poor oral hygiene, or non-compliance with the required 6-month maintenance visits.
Receiving treatment, adjustments, or repairs on the prosthesis or implants from a non-ENOVAA Dental Implant Center provider.
Failure to use a night guard when prescribed by our practice.
Failure to follow any other post-treatment instructions provided by our clinical team.
Failure to comply with our no-smoking policy.
Prosthesis issues resulting directly from a damaged or failed underlying surgical implant (see below).
Termination of your status as a patient by your treating ENOVAA Dental Implant Center provider.
Note: If the doctor determines that breakage resulted from patient behaviors, neglect, or oral habits, replacement with a zirconia arch may not be an option, and an alternative treatment may be offered instead at the patient's expense. Your rights under this warranty may also be subject to state law.
What Happens if a Surgical Implant Fails?
Because the zirconia prosthesis rests on surgical titanium implants, the warranty for the implants themselves operates on a different timeline:
Within the 5-Year Pledge Period: If a surgical implant fails within ENOVAA Dental Implant Center's five-year pledge period, the affected implant and the associated prosthesis will be covered in accordance with the terms of that pledge.
After the 5-Year Pledge Period: If an implant fails outside of the five-year period, the surgical placement of new implants and the fabrication of a new prosthesis to fit them are not covered under this lifetime prosthesis warranty.
Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our office directly. You will be required to provide:
Proof of compliance with the required 6-month cleaning and exam schedule.
Confirmation of consistent night guard use.
Your presence for a comprehensive clinical evaluation conducted by our team.
ENOVAA Dental Implant Center reserves the right to determine whether the prosthesis should be repaired or replaced, and to verify through clinical and administrative records whether all warranty conditions have been fully met.
